Falcony strengthens their compliance offering by acquiring First Whistle

Falcony, a leading Nordic provider of involvement-driven compliance, inspection, and risk management software, announces the acquisition of First Whistle, a Finnish provider of whistleblowing solutions. First Whistle is joining Falcony as part of the WeKomply group and this acquisition significantly strengthens Falcony’s position in the Nordic risk and compliance software market.
First Whistle was developed by Finnish business ethics consulting company Juuriharja Consulting Group Oy in response to the 2019 EU Whistleblower Directive. The solution was quickly and widely adopted by Juuriharja’s long-standing customers, who were already familiar with the company’s expertise and high-quality work. Since then, First Whistle has evolved into an independent SaaS product that Juuriharja has maintained and further developed. First Whistle has established itself as a trusted platform serving hundreds of organizations including Aidian, Tesi, Miltton, and Infinited Fiber Company. The solution provides a GDPR-compliant, anonymous reporting channel and a user-friendly case management system, enabling organizations to meet the requirements of the EU Whistleblower Directive in a secure and accessible manner.
First Whistle's valuable customer relationships now join Falcony, where clients will benefit from Falcony's comprehensive compliance platform and the enhanced operational, technological, and financial resources of the broader organization. This integration enables customers to access additional compliance software products and expertise while maintaining the trusted whistleblowing capabilities they value through Falcony’s own whistleblowing platform.
